I had to wait several minutes just to get an address change and I didn't feel comfortable doing online. I sat there for a good 30 min and had to leave because I would be late catching the bus to class, witch I almost missed by the way. They'd rather sit and laugh decusing non related topics than to finish the conversation and help the next person in line. In this I find them lazy, unproductive, unprofessional and considerably rude. I'm glad that the other person had a good time, but other people are looking to get stuff done as well. I also did not get my needs meet with anything else on my to do list including my address change.
