- MEMadee ElliottJan 2, 20261.0I went into the Albany location to deposit my paycheck. They didn’t ask for my ID, my debit card, or my member number. I thought that was odd but they gave me my deposit receipt so I thought nothing of it. Come to find out, THEY DEPOSITED MY CHECK INTO A STRANGERS ACCOUNT!!!!!! They just chose some random stranger with the same last name as me and deposited my paycheck into their account. I called them and they fixed the mistake, but depositing my check into someone else’s account is absolutely ridiculous. Highly DO NOT recommend banking with them.
