- LLLea LipscombOct 25, 20251.0I have a mixed review and not sure how to rate. OnPoint has the best in-0erson customer service. The teller Tatum literally caught fraud happening on my account in real time and was able to freeze it be fore anything bad happened. She is my hero! However, when I went in to set up a new account for safety, we forgot to have them re-enable my app. I need to reconnect all of my bills to my new routing number this weekend or there will be hell to pay. I have no time to do this during my workweek I called customer service sometime around two and after getting sent through their phone tree I ended up with the fraud department. They couldn’t help me and then I ended up with the credit card department who couldn’t help me. Then I was disconnected. Called back back through the phone tree and disconnected again. Called back. This guy was so rude to me. He literally told me off and hung up on me. I wish I’d got his name. By then it was 2:55. I called back And didn’t get a hold of anyone by 3 o’clock, but continued to try, and spent two hours trying to get someone to get me in touch with someone. Onpoint, you are the largest credit union in Oregon. You can have better customer service on the weekends for your customers. We are all working and busy and don’t have time to do business while we’re at work. Do better! Or I will bank elsewhere! This is going to be a nightmare for me now with my bills. . 🤮
