- KCkaran chohanNov 15, 20251.0Around 12 o'clock Saturday 15th November 2025. indian girl received me. Only thing I wanted direct debit paper so I can get paid. I used my debit card I forgot my pin number bir tried anyway and it declined So she gave me second chance by saying your card will be blocked if you wrong again second time. So second time i was wrong again So she said you dont even remember your pin. I felt embarrassed like she is my bossy teacher from hischooI. I had to tell her i will ask my wife about the pin. So I thought to myself how do I prove. So I had idea and ask her is there another way to prove myself..she did not answer and looked around so again finally i have to suggested to her send me code on my mobile phone even though I alresy provided my peice ID but still she still have to discuss with the another employee about my genuiness. So finally she sent me code and gave me paper. NOTE Please keep professional and helpful staff that can solve the problem and not make customers awkward thank you.
