Dear sir/madam My wife and I came to your branch today from Devonshire mall TD bank branch... unfortunately there was a teller who treated us in very bad manner... I really felt bad and my wife also left a review their Google page... but the good thing is your employee HOLLY made our day very well... Devonshire mall branch guy was texting from his personal cell phone and he wasn't even listening what i talking about...I just asked him if any branch available to help us for getting power of attorney but unfortunately without even looking in his computer he said every branch is fully booked including lasalle tecumseh town and even amherstburg.... so I didn't trust him then we came to your branch and met HOLLY .... she was very customer oriented and helpful.... I felt so lucky because I got HOLLY and she called her colleague and made an appointment in lasalle branch for us @ 2:30 pm and finally we all completed all paperwork.... Now I would like to recommend you as a her manager that she is supposed to get some promotion and/or her customer service MUST show the new TD bank's employees to be an example... if td bank was mine I was going to put HOLLY as a CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BRANCH MANAGER ...because she knows what she is doing and she knows how to listen her customer.... I honestly thank her for what she has done for us today... I took day off to complete this transaction but other branch unfortunately ignored us and thanks to HOLLY she helped us a lot today.... lots of thanks from my wife and I HOLLY ....thanks

And my bad luck was i closed the rbc account and went to td for all my business transactions. Its a comma sense, how people will do business if they put hold on the business cheque . Please be aware they don’tcare for their customer . Worst decision of my life
