  I had great experience at this branch. I showed up an hour early for my appointment and Fin Advisor Louise still was able to find time for me and helped to resolve problem with my account very quickly and giving me guidance on next steps to take in future, when needed

  I have been a TD customer for 15 years, and never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect at any branch — until I came to 2110 Wyandotte St W, Windsor. The very second I stepped out of my car, before I could even take one step, some guy stormed out of the bank with his arms crossed, face twisted in anger, and barked at me: “You going to the bank?!” He shouted it like I was some criminal trespassing. Then he threatened to have my car towed. Excuse me? That’s how you greet a loyal customer of over a decade? Like a dog? I yelled back “YES!!!” because what else do you say when someone is already accusing you before you’ve even opened your mouth. And here’s the kicker — this wasn’t just some random parking enforcer. It was the so-called manager/director of parking (what a joke) who then followed me inside, sat down behind his desk, and did absolutely nothing to help his overworked staff. Two tellers trying to handle a line wrapped around the lobby, while this guy just sat there looking smug and useless. Took me 15 minutes to be served, while the “manager” watched like a hawk just to make sure I wasn’t lying about being a customer. Let me make this very clear: putting up a sign that says “Bank Parking Customers Only – Violators Will Be Towed” does NOT give anyone the right to verbally attack people the second they step onto the lot. There are professional ways to handle parking issues, and intimidation and shouting are not one of them. If you’re that paranoid about non-customers using your lot, maybe build a gate, hire real security, or find a solution that doesn’t involve harassing actual paying customers. The only reason I didn’t end up with a ticket was because my mother was sitting in the car — and yes, I believe that so-called “parking police” was ready to slap one on me regardless. If there’s one word to describe how I felt after leaving this branch: ENRAGED. This man’s presence is a disgrace to TD’s reputation of customer service. Shame on TD for allowing someone like this to wear your name and destroy the trust of long-term clients. The only reason this review even gets one star is because the bank teller who finally helped me was professional, courteous, and apologized for the wait. Kudos to him. But to that parking clown who calls himself a manager? Shame on you. You destroyed TD’s reputation in one visit. Whoever hired you needs to seriously reconsider if you’re fit to manage anything, let alone a BANK!!! Warning to other customers: If you’ve experienced this same kind of treatment, don’t stay silent. Don’t let a bully get away with intimidation. SPEAK UP. File complaints. Demand accountability. That’s the only way this branch will get rid of toxic “management” and start respecting its customers again.
