  I had the best experience at this location. Despite having some difficulties with my bank cardb and account I was referred to Maricel who not only resolved my issues but provided me with information about other products offered by TD that I didn't know I was eligible for. I was very sceptical about TD but Maricel assured me through actions not words that I was in good hands. Thank you so much Maricel, your colleagues in other branches can learn a thing or two from you!

  Very disappointed with the management. They should have better staff training before they put the staff to the front. I always had good experience at this branch in the past 10 years until today. I had a new clerk helping me today. I had to repeat 3 times with the amount I wanted to withdraw and she still misunderstood and messed up my request of paying the bill. I understood that she might be nervous and I was ok to let her take her time and practice. I was totally fine until a senior staff who was supervising her tried to help as she was rude. She questioned me in a mean tone saying “we thought you want to have money in cash.” I said I didn’t say in cash, and she shouted at me saying “ I didn’t say you said that but my staff is new and you misunderstood each other!” Excuse me, it’s not my problem your staff is new. I was trying to tell them that I’ve been paying my bill the same way with saying the same sentences every month in the past 8 years, and this is the first time I got misunderstood. That senior staff didn’t even listen to me and was talking to her staff while I was talking! How rude! Maybe she had a rough day but she can take care of this in a better way. Usually a nice sorry in a ease tone will be enough to have a happy ending. This happened around 4:40 today and if the head of TD Bank is reading this feedback, and you really care about your potential, you should go figure it out and talk to that rude staff. I do know her name!

  To be fair, the management seems to try to help, however, mostly its lip service. This could be tied to the constant pressure they are under to meet stake holders demands. However, the employees should put themselves in our shoes. We have no where else to go but request managers to step in and resolve any issues a customer may have. However I don't see that at this branch. Maybe TD needs to change its policies and take care of there employees so they are more productive, rather than push back on customers, who take the time out of their busy schedules and visit the bank. No one should have to visit the bank several times to resolve the same issue. A bit disappointed thats all!
