Elizabeth is super helpful and has saved me several trips to the bank by getting my requests taken care off on an expedient manner and over email. Highly recommend!

The past reviews say the same, so clearly the TD responses forwarding things to the "appropriate team" are just copy/paste responses with no real impact. Do better TD.
- CCC CJun 11, 20241.0Went to get 2 demand drafts. Requested to waive off demand draft fees for one because the draft was $1.70 and fee was $9.95. Demand draft was the only way to pay. And it's only once in a while, I go for demand draft. I don't ask to waive fees daily. Talked with manager and requested to waive off, but she replied "there is always someone who wants to waive off." Personalized customer service was not provided. I was not treated as an individual customer. While the branch manager was still speaking, a teller jumped in, cutting off the manager and did not allow the manager to make her decision. She said, " Even we have to pay fees and we don't get fees waived off as employees." This new comer employee compared herself to me as a customer. Fine, then please pay customer mortgage interest rates and don't get employee discounts on your mortgage interest rates. If you want to compare, then compare in everything. How many products do you have with TD, and how much do I have. I felt like the teller was indirectly threatening the manager, saying IF YOU WON'T WAIVE FEES FOR US AS AN EMPLOYEE, THEN DONT DO IT FOR CUSTOMER ORELSE I WILL COMPLAIN. Employees exist due to customer's business. So far, I have settled 13 immigrant families throughout years and years, 1 more on the go, and every time I have had them open a bank account with TD.
