When I arrived at the branch, the person whom I was booked with took some other customer in front of me. And the Wasted 30 min and then someone took me for my concern. Just came to know that at a branch level no one is able to answer my questions about precious metal certificate. Not even the manager as told by the rep.

During my meeting she was saying she didnt want the promotion to FA as it had more responsibility.... please dont promote this woman to deal with investments and mortgages. She cant even handle simple applications.
