While I was sitting in the waiting area for my appointment that was 15 mins later, the branch manager came to me as soon as she saw me waiting and asked if I had been attended. That left a great impression of her branch! I felt welcomed. Thereafter, I met & discussed my needs and expectations with Dylana who understood and suggested the accounts and offers accordingly. She probably stayed back during her lunch time but made sure that I left the place satisfied. During the hour that we spent, she was calm, friendly and explained me things carefully. This has been one of the best banking experiences I've had in my life! No doubt, they are the highest rated TD branch in Windsor-Essex. Thank you for the amazing service and keep it up!
