- BDBen Derisgreat4 days ago1.0I love paycheque to paycheque, as such I am charged the most to bank here. The outside atm is broken for days now, doors are noisy and janky. You can afford to fix these things asap. Just negligence and a sign of how little you guys actually care about the customer.

The banker at the front, whose name is Sam, didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He guided me to file a dispute in the app, and after that, my account got completely frozen. I couldn’t make any transactions. I went back inside and spoke to the manager, who fixed the issue easily. So, be careful if you deal with Sam. He doesn’t seem knowledgeable and might cause you unnecessary problems.

I've had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this branch due to the proximity of my jobsite. I have used this branch 4 times in 5 weeks and every visit took "at least" 40 minutes. If you are looking for convenience or comfortable banking, avoid this location. The Ottawa st branch is just as bad
