I am your customer for a long time yesterday I came to your branch with my husband to give him power of attorney and teller said it was too late because bank will close 20 minutes later but he advised us that if we come tomorrow (Oct 10th 2025) someone will help us in branch and the worst case teller will make an appointment in other branch ..... so my husband took day off today to finish the paperwork in bank because of long weekend.... we came to your branch and Mr. Luka called us and asked us how he can help? Then my husband explained the situation but unfortunately, Mr. Luka was keep texting on his cell phone and he said nobody is available in the branch. My husband asked if any other branch might help us he still was texting and receiving text messages from/to his cell phone and he replied that no branch around the Windsor area might help. They are fully booked. My husband asked if Tecumseh town or LaSalle area branches are available he was still texting and said no. As soon as we realized Mr Luka is not willing to help us we left and we went to 4115 Walker Rd. Windsor On. Branch and the lady there (Her name was Holly) checked her computer and said LaSalle has availability and can make appointment for us 2:30 pm and we pleased to book that appointment.... SO NOW I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE SOME ADVICE TO MR. LUKA: PLEASE DON'T THINK YOU ARE SMARTER THAN OTHER PEOPLE. MR. LUKA YOU MADE OUR DAY MISSERABLE TODAY AND WE SPENT WHOLE DAY TO FIND A BRANCH WHO MIGHT HELP US .... I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND AS A HUMAN BEING THAT WE ALL HAVE SOME EMERGENCY OR SO BUT AT LEAST CALL YOUR COLLEAGUE TO HELP OTHERS THAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO MESS UP PEOPLE'S DAY .... MY HUSBAND TOOK DAY OFF TO COMPLETE THIS TRANSACTION BUT UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMER WAS UNACCEPTABLE.... I URGENTLY SUGGEST YOUR MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR THAT THEY HAVE TO EITHER PROPERLY TRAIN YOU OR REPLACE YOU WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS ABLE TO DO HIS/HER JOB PROPERLY.... I AM SO SORRY FOR BEING TD CUSTOMER ..... 😢

The lack of respect for their clients is ridiculous. I just closed my account and the manager didn't even have the decency to look at me never mind talk to me. Pick any other bank. Guarantee you better service and respect.
