  I’ve been to this branch several times and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful.Today I was assisted by a male white associate whose name starts with K— he’s an Experienced Banking Associate. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his full name because I was in a rush, but his service was amazing! He was friendly, polite, and very professional throughout the whole process, and he reminded me of all the important details multiple times. Also, a big shoutout to Arisan Salak who helped me on another visit — extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable as well! Thank you to the team at this branch for always making my banking experience smooth and pleasant!

  Opened an account online came in store to get my card and deposit money. Apparently there is a process in place where you need to scan your documents to get a clients card which I was not told about. Went to the teller who was very helpful and told me she can do the process but needs to ask a supervisor, she asked her supervisor Wahida who was in this morning. She then told me she can step aside and do it and it takes only 19 minutes. Her supervisor Wahida comes to me without any greeting or any thing asking me" what do I need? " what a way to address a new client . Anyways I told her I'm here to get my documents scanned so that I can get a client card, she told me no I need to get an appointment. I told her the teller who is a financial advisor can do it now. She told me no I need to wait. So I had to wait another hour for a process that could have been done by Wahida the supervisor or if she had given the permission to the teller. Not a great welcome to TD bank and this branch. I would advise the senior managers to train Wahida better to show empathy and especially on customer service skills.

  Still trying to understand how someone like CHIDERA ended up in customer service. The attitude, tone, and complete lack of respect were unbelievable. Instead of helping, she made the whole experience worse. TD really needs to rethink who they let deal with customers

  Had a really bad experience with one of the staff named CHIDERA at this TD branch. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke to customers with zero respect. Refused to give her name at first and had a terrible attitude. Not the kind of person who should be working in customer service

  Very Disrespectful Experience with TD Bank Employee (CHIDERA) I had a very unpleasant experience at your branch today. I first met with Nathan, who was polite and helpful. He told me to bring my ID to reset my PIN and said I could come back directly without waiting in line. When I returned, there was a long queue, but Nathan confirmed I could wait nearby and he would call me. Then a lady named Chidera (at the reception) called me and started handling my case. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. When I tried to explain that I had already spoken with Nathan, she interrupted me and spoke in a very disrespectful tone. I simply asked her name, and she refused to tell me, made rude facial expressions, and said things like “Don’t piss me off, go wait in line,” and “Go talk to my manager.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone representing TD Bank. Nathan, the manager, and another employee (Chinese/ philly Guy) were all polite and respectful, but Chidera’s behavior completely ruined my experience. I expect immediate action to be taken so no other customer is treated this way.
