- HHHamidehOct 3, 20251.0I came to this branch to get a certified check. The guy who was “helping” me got my driver’s license as an ID to verify my account. Later, he asked his manager permission to give the certified check. However, the lady asked me to give my international passport, even though I had all the other ID cards such as Ontario drivers license, my credit card, and health card. They simply didn’t want to help. So I went to another branch and they helped me out. They just wasted my time and gave me hard time for something that they could simply do by the valid ID cards that I had.
- PPPouriaOct 3, 20251.0Extremely understaffed. All the staff are not welcoming at all. They give you hard time and attitude when they want to help you, especially the female lady who is probably the manager. Better to go other branches to have better customer service.
