He was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the account opening process smooth and comfortable. Thanks to his support, I successfully opened an account and had a very positive experience. I truly appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service. - RHrufat humbatovOct 27, 20251.0Teller Juliana Bonabesse was unproffesional! am put draft cheque (it is mean not regular cheque , it is as a cash cheque/money order) to my TD account. every by weekly. (1 time was end bank account problem and regular cheque was bounce back.. after that am every time bring draft cheque/money order for future safety. ) Juliana told me TD bank rules all cheque must hold 5 business day. (but last week am put same draft cheque/money order to TD bank, not any 1 day hold. all balans available. and others bank i put same cheque(money order) ride away not hold. i dont understand the tellers make decision by themself or they must follow Canada Banks rules?! with same cheque(money order) i go to another TD branch and put it same day full deposit to my account. no any hold. soo why your teller is not follow TD bank and Canada banks rules? pls do for them trainings!!!
