But today, the teller — I believe her name is Emiliya — gave me incorrect information, which made me waste a good 20 minutes. When I asked for clarification, she wasn’t able to provide any details. I then went to another TD branch and completed my business cheque deposit without any problem. It’s great that TD is giving opportunities to new employees, but please ensure they are properly trained and fully knowledgeable before placing them at the front counter. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with avoidable delays due to misinformation.

I primarily use the bank for ATM services, but TD’s digital platforms are outdated and incapable of handling tasks like account updates, forcing me to visit the branch in person. Other major banks offer seamless digital options such as account updates, e-signatures, and online document uploads. During my visit, I was surprised to find no employee at the Welcome desk, no familiar faces at the teller counter, and long lines of customers waiting. The tellers appeared to be very recent newcomers in Canada, seemingly undertrained, and struggled with basic tasks. They were unable to get prompt assistance from a manager or experienced colleague, leading to frustration for both customers and staff. This unusually poor service quality was surprising for a major Canadian bank that was once exceptional.

Found this location that treats with me with dignity like a valued customer and will never go back to Brock and Taunton location. This branch is the only reason I didnt close all of my accounts and switch banks.
