  I’ve been visiting your branch for the past 3 years without any issues. But today, the teller — I believe her name is Emiliya — gave me incorrect information, which made me waste a good 20 minutes. When I asked for clarification, she wasn’t able to provide any details. I then went to another TD branch and completed my business cheque deposit without any problem. It’s great that TD is giving opportunities to new employees, but please ensure they are properly trained and fully knowledgeable before placing them at the front counter. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with avoidable delays due to misinformation.

  I was disappointed with my recent experience at this TD Bank branch. I primarily use the bank for ATM services, but TD’s digital platforms are outdated and incapable of handling tasks like account updates, forcing me to visit the branch in person. Other major banks offer seamless digital options such as account updates, e-signatures, and online document uploads. During my visit, I was surprised to find no employee at the Welcome desk, no familiar faces at the teller counter, and long lines of customers waiting. The tellers appeared to be very recent newcomers in Canada, seemingly undertrained, and struggled with basic tasks. They were unable to get prompt assistance from a manager or experienced colleague, leading to frustration for both customers and staff. This unusually poor service quality was surprising for a major Canadian bank that was once exceptional.

  I used to go to the Brock and Taunton location managed by Sonya, and I was about to close all my accounts because of how terribly they treated me. Found this location that treats with me with dignity like a valued customer and will never go back to Brock and Taunton location. This branch is the only reason I didnt close all of my accounts and switch banks.

  Honestly I absolutely hate going to this location. There are more staff members then there are computers, sadly though the staff is just wondering around and the ones on the computers are so incredibly slow and incompetent. I only go to deposit a check that cannot be deposited through the ATM and every time it takes forever. All that small take is just so unnecessary like people have places to go.

  Love the customer service in this branch at the counter. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kiru to get a credit card. She is absolutely amazing. She walked me through the whole process, explained the various cards slowly and didn't run through it assuming I knew everything. She was so polite and courteous. Based on her expertise and professionalism, I am considering doing more business wIth TD Bank. It's really hard to find good assistance these days. Kiru keep up the amazing work.
