The amount of staff was amazing to see, 6 tellers and 10+ advisors...in comparison, if you go to CIBC or BMO at the Seaway Mall you may see 2 or 3 tellers on any given day. Service was great, attentive, thorough and professional. I was impressed!
- AAabijith abiOct 25, 20251.0I recently visited this TD branch to deposit a TD Bank draft that was issued from another TD branch for a car purchase. The staff member, Miranda, informed us that she could not verify the draft, and started blaming the issuing branch instead of providing a solution. She explained a scenario about how someone could take a photo of the draft and deposit it, which made no sense to me — because cashier’s drafts are supposed to be secure, guaranteed funds, and that is exactly why customers pay fees for them. If TD Bank itself cannot trust its own draft system, then why offer drafts at all? Despite mentioning that she had 18 years of experience, the explanation felt very dismissive and unprofessional. The manager also responded in the same way, offering no clarity or help. This experience left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of this branch. If a bank does not trust its own verified financial instruments, it creates unnecessary stress and destroys customer confidence. Very disappointed.
