- ARAngelina Malaythong RasavongNov 8, 20231.0I had booked an appointment with one of the TD Advisors at this location for today @2pm. I had arrived five mins before and had one of the staff asked if I been helped yet. I had told them I have an appointment with Purvee Tripathi and they told me to have a seat at the waiting area and she’ll be right with me after. I have waited fifteen minutes and I understood that they were with another person but they were done by the time my appointment was. I waited another five minutes when Purvee came out of her office but went straight outside the branch..? I’m usually a patient person but there was another person in the waiting area with me who came a few minutes after me and they were helped right away which is frustrating and that led me to leave the branch.

Umang who just posted the review, is one of my partner. The experience we had, I totally not recommend the TD bank in general. They should train the staff properly.

When I opened an account in November 2022, I was offered a gift card incentive to apply for additional services. I met all the requirements for the gift card in December 2022, but it's now May 2023 and I still haven't received it. In addition, I applied for a credit card but never received it. When I called the branch multiple times, I was told to wait a few weeks, but no action was taken. It wasn't until I went to another branch that I found out my credit card application had expired and no one had followed up on it. I felt disrespected by the lack of response and follow-up from the bank when I tried to address these issues. Overall, my experience with this bank has been far from satisfactory.
