Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.She helped us add an authorized user to our credit card and also took care of all our verification steps without any hassle. We went in for a simple status update that TD Customer Service confirmed doesn’t require an appointment, but employee Biyona was rude, made incorrect assumptions, and refused to help. The manager also dismissed us even after we explained what customer service told us. We left feeling disrespected and embarrassed. Went to the 15 King St S branch right after, and they fixed everything in 2-3 minutes with no issues. Avoid this location if you want proper service.

While waiting in line, I noticed how helpful and professional she was with every customer, which made me feel comfortable. When it was my turn, she patiently listened to all my concerns, explained why my card was declined, guided me through the steps to resolve the issue, and provided helpful tips to avoid fraud in the future. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and provided exactly the support I needed and expected. such an understanding and attentive person, she makes me feel valued. she is truly a gem for this branch. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting this branch.
