A university student enters the TD branch at 320 Ira Needles Blvd and waits in line to ask for change for $150 so she can have small bills for her upcoming shift at a local restaurant. Her parent is a longtime TD client. The manager conducts himself in a childish and unprofessional manner, refusing her request condescendingly. In a world where we need more kindness- and in which customer service seems to be falling by the wayside- the behaviour of the young man who currently manages this TD branch has effectively alienated a current client, and quashed the prospects of gaining a future, lifelong client. Zero stars.

We visited the branch twice and were fortunate to receive May’s professional, attentive, and incredibly warm assistance each time. She helped me apply for a credit card, offered thoughtful advice about our accounts, and even followed up with us afterwards—something we both deeply appreciated. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. Thank you, May, for going above and beyond!
