The Teller that greeted me did comunicate with Service Advisor. 10 Plust minutes of waiting. End result I was a very happy man when I left. Opened a TD Special offer GIC !

- PPPeterMar 7, 20251.0I was in there this morning and what I witnessed was beyond disturbing. A young woman was being berated by a teller. Acting extremely aggressive and disrespectful towards the young lady. It really shocked me as I would not expect that type of behaviour from anyone offering a service to the public. The young woman maintained her composure the whole time and politely kept asking for the tellers information and the managers information and the teller refused to provide her that. I’m not sure if that’s even legal? The teller was an older lady with orange blonde hair. TD please do better. I understand you guys are tightening up your policies because of the fraud that occurred but this is just unacceptable behaviour on your part.

I eventually jumped to Tangerine because I didn't want to pay a monthly fee to own an account, but that's not really a problem with this branch per se.
