  This branch continues to go from bad to worse. The staff turnover is outrageous, so no one ever knows what they are doing because they haven't been doing the job for long enough. What's ever worse is that the managers aren't even helpful or willing to do work for the customers. It should NOT take 6 weeks to sort out a banking matter - WHEN IT WAS AN ERROR CAUSED BY THE BANK ITSELF AND A MISTAKE MADE BY THIS BRANCH THAT STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! I am so furious with this branch and their complete lack of accountability. I will be taking my business to another bank. They can thank Yolanda for her complete lack of caring and lack of willingness to do her job and make things right. Yolanda would rather schmooze and be the "popular" girl in the branch than actually care about doing her job legally and ethically. Further, she is extremely condescending and egotistical for someone who makes mistakes and doesn't actually do her job properly or thoroughly. I cannot do business with a bank that puts my business at risk and Yolanda's actions in failing to make a situation right have put my business at risk. TD truly has no standards when it comes to hiring, especially branch managers.

  I'm very satisfied with the service at this branch. Smriti was very helpful in every aspect of daily banking. Would love to come back again to this TD branch.

  I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service and support I’ve received from the branch manager Alyssa Carlton at TD Canada Trust. Her professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for her clients set her apart in every way. Over the years, she has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my financial needs are understood and met with clarity and efficiency. Her ability to explain complex matters in a simple, approachable way has made a lasting impression on me. When she recently moved to a new branch, i was disappointed but I didn’t hesitate to follow her. That decision speaks volumes — it’s not just about banking with TD, it’s about banking with someone who truly makes a difference. Because of her, I have placed all my financial products with TD. Her support is the reason I feel confident and secure in my banking relationship. TD Canada Trust is fortunate to have her representing their brand, and I feel equally fortunate to be one of her clients.   In general, TD banks can’t seem to get on the same page when it comes to their policies. As far as this branch is concerned, I was told their policy changed last month regarding cash deposits. This is false as I deposited cash within the last month at this branch. TD has become such an incompetent bank.
