Unfortunately, their customer service has completely deteriorated over the last year. They never respond to emails. They never answer the phone. Trying to get in touch with someone—anyone—who’s willing to help is nearly impossible. I even filed a formal complaint with the branch, and they didn’t even follow up. That alone shows how little they value their clients. This branch has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and care when it comes to handling business accounts. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way after years of loyalty. If you’re thinking of opening an account or doing business here—don’t. This branch is unresponsive, careless, and frankly, not worth your time.Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.
