  The customer experience at this branch is a complete disaster. From the moment you walk in, there is no sense of urgency, ownership, or respect for a customer’s time. Straightforward requests are unnecessarily dragged out, explanations go in circles, and promised follow-ups rarely happen. You leave feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Management is the core issue. Lydia Fernandes, as branch manager as she says she is, shows a clear lack of leadership. Instead of resolving issues, she deflects responsibility. Instead of providing clarity, she offers vague, non-committal explanations. Discussions are long, unproductive, and consistently end without resolution or accountability. Even basic operational standards are neglected. Official documents are stamped with visibly aged, faded, and blurred stamps that are barely legible. For a bank that charges premium fees, failing to maintain something as simple as a clear, professional stamp is embarrassing and reflects extremely poor attention to detail at the branch level. This location perfectly represents the worst aspects of big-bank service: slow processes, weak accountability, and management that adds no real value. If you care about efficiency, professionalism, or being taken seriously as a customer, it’s best to avoid this branch.

  The teller I dealt with was excellent, the person she conferred with ( ? Acting Manager ) was not. She did not do what the teller and I agreed upon.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Waterdown TD branch while purchasing my first home! Cindy, the mortgage specialist, was an absolute lifesaver. She went above and beyond to assist my fiancée and me, providing invaluable advice and genuinely looking out for our best interests. Working with her was lovely, and I appreciated how pleasant she was to talk to throughout the entire process. I also want to give a shout-out to Sumeet from the teller area. He was incredibly kind and helped us out in a pinch, all while being super relatable and friendly. The atmosphere at this branch is amazing, and the staff overall are great. I highly recommend this TD branch to anyone in need of banking services!
