Was in this branch today with my husband and the lady that dealt with us spoke to us as if we dont have the mental capacity to understand what she said so she felt the need to repeat herself. Then when I was speaking she kept saying "ok ok ok" as if she wanted me to stip speaking, I didnt catch her name but will be sure to next time. Some people shouldn't work in customer service and she's one of them!
