Was in this branch today with my husband and the lady that dealt with us spoke to us as if we dont have the mental capacity to understand what she said so she felt the need to repeat herself. Then when I was speaking she kept saying "ok ok ok" as if she wanted me to stip speaking, I didnt catch her name but will be sure to next time. Some people shouldn't work in customer service and she's one of them!

- EKErica KollerJul 26, 20241.0They have their bank locked so you can not use their ATM, after they are closed. And their drive thru is regularly not working, so I must say it's a real pain. I hope they fix their situation soon customers need access.
