Thank you Kathryn, I look forward to banking with TD bank for many years to come. I highly recommend her as a mortgage specialist and advisor for personal banking needs.
- DBDavid BatlleSep 10, 20251.0We have been treated unfairly multiple times at this location. Today the manager asked my wife for her “Canadian citizenship card”. When my wife indicated that as a citizen we only have passports, she said my wife was not a “real canadian” and she didn’t need a card because she was born in Canada. Also, in the past, I asked for a $5.00 bill for something specific and was told basically that I was broke. We have a decent amount of money in our savings, no debts at all with TD plus I get paid in a TD account. We feel deeply offended and will consider switching all of our banking to Scotiabank. Terrible costumer service at this location.

We both had a presence there, as we held chequing, securities, and foreign exchange accounts. Sadly, we have closed all accounts due to extremely poor customer service, and lack of any return phone calls when messages were left. As mentioned by another client in a recent review, Elaine Gulan needs to have some training in customer relations and problem solving....And David Martin, Branch Manager needs to return calls, and lead his staff by example.
- MPMarilyn PietersenAug 11, 20171.0Although the service was extremely helpful in branch, leaving message on the phone answering machine for a call back , it has now been two days no call back, after leaving 2-3 messages on second day guess they don't check their messages. Wow good customer service!!!!
