- DBDavid BatlleSep 10, 20251.0We have been treated unfairly multiple times at this location. Today the manager asked my wife for her “Canadian citizenship card”. When my wife indicated that as a citizen we only have passports, she said my wife was not a “real canadian” and she didn’t need a card because she was born in Canada. Also, in the past, I asked for a $5.00 bill for something specific and was told basically that I was broke. We have a decent amount of money in our savings, no debts at all with TD plus I get paid in a TD account. We feel deeply offended and will consider switching all of our banking to Scotiabank. Terrible costumer service at this location.
