- LSLNGY STUDIOSDec 24, 20251.0First day of opening, new branch in the neighborhood and you would expect a legendary experience from them. Instead, the opposite. Wanted to close an extra account I had sitting open. Due to a td error, I was charged a fee when I was not supposed to have been charged it, and the bank said I needed to still pay the fee and balance before closing the account even though it was TDs fault. They spoke to the branch manager of this location and she refused to waive 2 cents can you believe that? What type of legendary experience is this? Will never be using this branch again. Unfortunate that it’s the closest one to me.
