They are happy to give you wrong information, rather than making efforts to find out the correct information or just say ‘I don’t know’. What’s more frustrating is that the managers join in and try to prove the customer wrong. On more 3 occasions, I have been misinformed, leading to multiple visits. Would not recommend using this branch.

I requested a simple, one-time $10 refund, yet the manager argued with me, and the front-desk staff kept going back and forth to consult with her multiple times. I was left waiting for several minutes. When the manager finally came out—someone who is supposed to represent the leadership of this branch—she approached me with an attitude that felt dismissive and unprofessional. They wasted a significant amount of my time, and their overall behavior showed a complete lack of customer service and courtesy. This was a very upsetting experience at the TD Vaughan branch.
