The manager, Peter Godwin, is always available, helpful, and really goes out of his way when I need support. They’re not perfect, but I trust them more than anyone else because they've always come through for me. That’s why all my accounts are here: business, personal, investments, and mortgage.

First question/Statement is: You live in city X. Why are you at this branch?? I suppose we should go back to totalitarianism where you are not allowed to free move without giving reasons and being approved by the state. Then, refused to perform a transaction despite TD policies that it can be done at the branches. Advised to visit another branch. After a long debate, and multiple behind the scnenes discussion with the so called "manager" ; which never showed up to have a conversation, they agreed to do it.
