- ASAnil SahotaOct 16, 20251.0They hired people without any bank knowledge.I went to deposit my business cheque.they want to put on hold.From last 10 years cheque wasn’t go on hold.what a waste.I’m not going to this branch again.They need to educate the staff accordingly to their profession.
- EMElle MSep 2, 20254.0As parents get older and need more help; I realize how modern the world has become. My 88 year old father struggles with online so I help him as much as I can. We needed to print a statement with his name on it. This is the reason for the missing star. I tried to generate a statement that had his name on it but his seniors plan did not allow it. Using the filters gave us the info but it didn’t include his personal details. This necessitated that we go into the branch. We met Daniel P who was incredibly helpful.. Since we could not generate a statement he leveraged an alternate which helped us but we needed to get it scanned so we could email it to where it needed to go. He owned the problem and helped ensure we could use my iPhone to scan and email it to where it needed to ultimately be. I was impressed at how eager he wanted to help and how respectful he was with my father who was very confused. He was truly an exemplar. Thank you Daniel for sharing your knowledge and being kind throughout. Without you we could not have done it. To TD Bank; seniors still form part of your clientele and with our modern and advanced tech we should be able to make it easy for them - for everyone. If the goal is to have more people use online banking to decrease line up’s at the branch then please enable the technology to be fair to all age groups. My father has me but I assure you not everyone has someone to help them.
