To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

Ever since they did the remodel this place went down hill. The service is slow, the new people they hired don't seem to be able to do their job that well, maybe they need to training. The worst thing is that you wait inline and can hear everything that people are saying in their private meeting with people at the bank. They don't have rooms they just sit there and talk about how my h money they have and that they can only get this amount for a mortgage. Sorry but I will never come here to discus anything with someone since I know the whole line of people waiting for a teller will hear my privet business.
