I had to line up for the same issue three times and in the end had to call customer care instead while in branch to get it resolved. I also had to go to another branch for the in-person portion of my issue because the tellers and branch managers were actively hostile and unhelpful, but the other branch resolved it quickly and with care. Not only TD was entirely in the wrong for my issues today, this branch failed to take any accountability or provide any explanation and made it much worse by doubling down on their bad behaviour and openly making fun of me for being stressed. Avoid by any means if you can, the branch on Kennedy is MUCH MUCH BETTER.
