    This bank has been nothing but problems for me since my very first interaction with them. If I could leave a zero star review, it's exactly what they deserve. I will try to shorten this review, as my experience has been quite extensive. I have been dealing with this bank since May 17th of this year and it is now Oct 9, 2025. I was appointed Power of Attorney for one of my friends who had a personal credit card, a business credit card and a truck loan through them. For 10 weeks I was dealing with a gentleman named Adi, who out of anyone there was the most help. With that being said, I had to send in POA paperwork on numerous occasions where it was to be sent off to the 'higher ups' to verify. They would not accept this paperwork, so I had new paperwork documented which was then approved. I was given the values of what my friend owed, totaling approximately 65k. I had been contacting Adi so that I could get a bank draft to pay all money owing, emailing and calling daily for 3 weeks with no response. I finally went in to question why no response only to find out that he no longer works there. Should his voicemail or email not make people aware of this? He is the financial advisor there, a pretty important person and he's just M.I.A, with no relay of information to his clients? At this point, I am not very happy. I speak to a teller named Josh who says he will look into it and help me. Josh I spoke to two times via email and then he refrains from emailing ame any longer. Again, extremely frustrating, as several more weeks have passed and all I am trying to do is pay off debt before it gets sent to collectors and my friend’s credit is ruined. At this point, I ask for the bank manager. Keep in mind, this has now been going on for 3.5 months. The bank manager Eldi (something like that) says that he can help me. Finally I'm hoping for some professionalism, as all this bank has done has ignored me and seems as though nobody has any idea what they are doing. He tells me that there is NO PAPERWORK on file! Like whaaaat? He doesn't have the initial paperwork I sent in and there is nothing documented on file. I have approximated 20 emails back and forth and have spent numerous hours at this establishment trying to figure this out and everything just suddenly has disappeared? No words to describe. At this point, I send in new paperwork, for the 4th time might I add. I have now called this bank manager 10 times with one phone call back 2 days ago to tell me that the Power of Attorney paperwork is not authorized; therefore, they cannot accept it. How is it that it was accepted previously, and not now? With all of this being said, both credit cards and the truck lan has been sent to collections. I am dealing with a bailiff now who I have now paid off for the vehicle... yet TD Bank still WILL NOT simply send me invoices or total values for what is owed on these two credit cards. I called the bank manager again the day before yesterday to ask what can be done and shockingly, he will not return my phone calls. I am not one to speak poorly of a business, but this is next level… lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, lack of communication and lack of knowledge altogether. If you are looking to choose a back that will meet your needs, this is not the one.

    It was not friendly. I brought in a bank draft from our bank, just one block over, and the teller wanted a phone number to verify the bank. When I didn't know the phone number, like we all know our banks phone number, the bank teller did not seem helpful. And the bank draft, won't be verified for 8 days by TD. Very unfriendly teller. I just hope it was deposited into the proper account.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff who doesn't seem to care about customers or operating procedures. Theanager was worse than the crusty lady behind the counter and then proceeded to leave the branch before any issues were resolved. My entire family will be switching banks. Enough is enough.
