- NNNick N NacksOct 16, 20222.0Long overdue review. Met during a seminar at a bank branch. Met again at a restaurant and decided to buy a Life Insurance Policy. However assigned advisor was different. Once that advisor got my policy cheque, she stopped answering my questions and was busy looking for other work outside TD. Before she quit TD she seemed to indicate to Tom that I as some kind of a pest. Tom called and spoke to me in a manner not consistent with what a client would expect. Replacement advisor too did not follow up with renewal question that I had, till I called his cell. No wonder there are no google reviews. Sheila M. Harris in the office is pretty good though. Will not renew here.
