    So slow they only have like 2 people in the counter it sad td even go bad service now even I try to call the other day through the app and was more than 30 min on wait anywhere tha I go with td I have to wait

    Not super knowledgeable of basic things. I asked to link my business and personal accounts and they said yes but never did it. I only found out when I got home and spent 30 minutes on hold only to be told that I had to do this at the branch. Thanks for wasting my time.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Esmeralda, the Manager of Customer Experience at TD Bank, and she truly exceeded my expectations. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to fully understand my needs and explain every detail clearly. Her calm, confident approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care, but Esmeralda does exactly that. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and supported. TD Bank is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service she provided.

    I get why this branch has the highest Google rating in Toronto now! Esmeralda and Majuri were quick to help me resolve my matters. My experience was great.

    Usually, going to any bank branch is a tedious, draining, and slightly soul sucking experience, but today I was very pleasantly surprised. Majuri was a fantastic teller, incredibly personable and helpful. I ended up achieving a lot more than I had planned for because of her suggestions and insight. The branch itself is in a great location, and the general atmosphere was also very cozy, making for a 5/5 experience! I'll definitely be using this TD branch moving forward.
