- JJJacqueline JensenOct 24, 20251.0Disappointed with evening manager and female supervisor.Both did not try to be helpful. As a long term customer, of over 20 yrs,I did expect the service that TD is known for.My American relatives gave me a gift of money, which the manager did exchange,but would not cash a cheque made out to me in my middle name, which is legal and registered with my TD account. It caused me to become very upset and embarrassed. First time I have experienced this, And will not give this branch a good review J.Jensen

Out of two tellers, only one could help because the other one's computer could not handle deposit as I was told(?). For such busy location during rush hour, there is definitely room for improvement. A lot of people need to catch their GO trains and therefore slow services just don't work, unlike the suburban branches.

Cada que voy no me ayudan a resolver nada, no me dan opciones de ver si hay un envío, un extravío, intento llamar a TD y nunca me contestan, y el staff solo me contesta que no saben!!!, esto es TOTALMENTE ILEGAL
