My second bank confirmed it was possible, and another employee later provided the exact document she refused. Today, she did the same thing again. This shows a clear pattern of unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service. Very disappointing.

The security guard profiled me and even stepped closer to the counter when it was my turn to see what I was doing. The advisor Coco was very cold and dry and lacked basic manners. Not a good customer service experience.
