  I walked into the branch to reissue a new card. Apparently there was a fraud transaction that happened and no one bothered to alert me until I asked them. Manager mentioned to call a number and get back to him to reissue the card. Shortly after, I came back to approach him and BAM the manager helping me disappeared. Waited for 20 mins and looked across and surprise surprise he went on some coffee break with another colleague. Then after he went to another meeting. How can someone be so disrespectful that they leave in the middle of helping you? And then another colleague was trying to justify the managers actions after I explained the situation. Shut the branch down, you guys are causing more harm to society than good. Absolute Disaster!

  Why you say close at 6:00pm and it’s already ready close at 5:30pm what kind of business is I came drove all the way here and it’s in snow it’s closed not good

  Pathetic experience. Most of the employees except for 1 or 2 were just strolling around while a long queue of folks waited in line. Most of the frustrated customers just walked back while the employees were chit chatting. Definitely needs better management.

  Performance review for Kay ASAP. Cancelled my appointment because I wouldn’t chat with him on the phone. Maybe he was offended? Regardless, personal feelings have no place in this environment. I made an appointment & we can chat there. Then he cancels my appointment. No problem Kay - you don’t want to see me & help me report identity theft - no problem. Police is always a good option to make that report. Cheers Kay!
