People who work here are incompetent and not knowledgable. Or maybe they are crooks. They give you incomplete/half information to get you to do something, then later they change their information.
We opened a new account and were told that if certain conditions were met, we would receive $400. I specifically made sure those conditions were met before the deadline, now after waiting for over 12 weeks for the money to be deposited, I was told that those conditions to receive $400 were not met, even though I asked them numerous times that if I do such and such thing, will it fulfill the condition and meet the requirements, and they at that time, told me yes it would.
Why do you lie and mislead people to open new accounts or do other things and then later change the info given?
Dishonest people and bank!

If you have a business account, I do not recommend this branch. They are often unable to assist with even basic business banking needs and tend to reject requests for a variety of unclear or inconsistent reasons. Overall, not a supportive branch for business clients.

My lazyness got the better of me, I should have checked the reviews at this location before wasting my times There was bigger women (In order to be visible, no slurs) that apparently is the manager and with the greatest expression that a stale cheque is an expired cheque and will not do anything further. I have no opinion but to state facts.
