I had an extremely frustrating experience with this branch. My credit card was frozen, and even after visiting three times, the issue remains unresolved. The credit card team says the bank has to unfreeze it, but the front desk staff had no clue and showed no willingness to help. Absolutely no sense of hospitality and very unprofessional behaviour throughout. Disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid this branch.

I now understand the reviews of the TD here. This branch is so disappointing, I've been a client for well over 30 years. It's a hit and miss with the tellers. Most are deeply unprofessional, inappropriate and extremely inexperienced. Today was really interesting, something that should have taken 10 minutes took 45 minutes, The hostility, the judgment, completely out of nowhere. For a very basic request, we got an earful about other stuff that didn't make any sense. And then at the end of this 45 minutes the manager clarified that yes they were wrong and they had the wrong information which could have been catastrophic a month from now. Anyway, the reviews are right. Trust them.

I accidentally left $100 in the dispenser draw & didn't realize until it was too late & the drawer closed. I spoke to manager about it but she said nothing could be done..They stole the $100 from me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even an apology.
