- NTNoa ser tin1 day ago1.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this TD Bank branch on Friday, January 9 around 11:30 AM. When I approached the front desk to ask about unknown charges on my own TD Bank account, the bank employee treated me unfairly and unprofessionally. Instead of explaining the charges or directing me to someone who could help, I was told that I did not have the right to know about the charges on my own account. The employee completely refused to assist me and showed no interest in resolving the issue. This is unacceptable behavior for a bank. Customers absolutely have the right to ask questions about their own accounts, and I was shocked by the dismissive and disrespectful treatment I received. I left without any explanation or help. Very poor customer service. I expect much better from TD Bank.

I applied for a account online and got no notification that I needed to bring in Id to the bank. Now the bank ppl are saying I also need a passport. Absolute garbage service
