- SHShiyana HunterOct 19, 20252.0I find this branch subpar. I have used at least four different branches in the city and this one is the worst. I know a little about the standards TD set and this one is not meeting them. There is a man who is frequently working behind the service counter but I think is a customer service manager, not a CEA. He always looks grumpy and unwelcoming. So, not a friendly experience in general. However, one of the last times I went in for loonies and they were out. It was a Thursday, I believe, and they weren’t going to have more until the following Wednesday. That seems like really poor planning on their part. If there was another branch closer to me I would never go here. The actual service (usually young women) is pretty good once I get to the counter, but before hitting the counter I do not feel welcome regardless of who is working. They are supposed to acknowledge you when you enter with at least a smile. This loonie things on top of the atmosphere was just so bizarre to me, it seems worth letting others know. ETA: there is often a wait at this branch, too.
