- IKIram KhalidDec 19, 20251.0During recent visit i forgot water bottle and my 4 year old twins were crying for water .One person he is white on front desk I asked him for one glass of water he said we don’t have we can’t give you.then I asked one girl is there any policy to not giving water to customers she said I can give . After that that white guy he went to water dispenser and started drinking water front of kids and then I told them he knew where’s water he knew everything but I don’t know why he refused to give water to toddlers .it was very worsted experience for me because my toddlers were crying for one glass of water in TD bank .I didn’t know the purpose to refuse to give water to toddlers because after that he drank water front of toddlers when I went to desk .when that girl said he is new in this branch and he didn’t know where’s water then I told her he knows everything because he is drinking water there .

- AMAlex MillerOct 19, 20252.0I find this branch subpar. I have used at least four different branches in the city and this one is the worst. I know a little about the standards TD set and this one is not meeting them. There is a man who is frequently working behind the service counter but I think is a customer service manager, not a CEA. He always looks grumpy and unwelcoming. So, not a friendly experience in general. However, one of the last times I went in for loonies and they were out. It was a Thursday, I believe, and they weren’t going to have more until the following Wednesday. That seems like really poor planning on their part. If there was another branch closer to me I would never go here. The actual service (usually young women) is pretty good once I get to the counter, but before hitting the counter I do not feel welcome regardless of who is working. They are supposed to acknowledge you when you enter with at least a smile. This loonie things on top of the atmosphere was just so bizarre to me, it seems worth letting others know. ETA: there is often a wait at this branch, too.
