  The branch manager here (Rana) is incredibly rude and dismissive. She spoke with me as if I am stupid and was rushing my questions. I won’t be returning to this branch.

  Extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. Made me wait 20 minutes for an appointment which they were aware of earlier this week. Then the manager insisted on giving me a zero-balance Starbucks gift card as a token of apology. This branch of TD should really learn how to treat customers properly and respect customers' time!

  ⚠️⛔️ I recently visited this TD branch to open a simple chequing account, and the experience was unbelievably disappointing. The branch manager was extremely rude from the moment I sat down. She constantly interrupted me, refused to let me explain anything, and asked completely irrelevant and inappropriate questions about my immigration process — even though I’ve been living in Canada for over eight years. When I told her that those questions had nothing to do with opening a bank account, she accused me of being “suspicious” simply because I didn’t want to answer meaningless, unrelated questions. Her tone, attitude, and behaviour were disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Eventually, she even stood up and walked out of the room while I was talking. I’ve never seen a manager behave this way toward a client. No wonder this branch has such low ratings — they don’t listen, they don’t help, and they don’t seem to value their customers at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I will open my chequing account, credit line, and all future banking needs with another institution. TD has lost a valuable client because of one manager’s complete lack of professionalism. Before questioning customers, start with the basics: show up looking like a professional. Brush your hair, clean your face, and wear something tidy and appropriate for someone representing a major bank. Appearance matters — especially when you hold a position as important as branch manager. And more importantly, learn how to speak to people with respect. The way you handled our conversation was not only unprofessional — it was unacceptable. Instead of judging clients and making baseless accusations, focus on improving your own conduct, communication, and attitude. Your behaviour does not meet even the minimum standards expected from someone in your role. I don't know her name otherwise I would mention it CLEARLY !!!

  Staff is very rude, condescending, terrible service. Not sure her name but it was a black woman. I was transferring a large amount and she was super impatient with my request.
