Stood as the only customer waiting while 2 tellers hovered over the 3rd to watch them work with an older gentleman. Asked if anyone else was available to help, and one teller responded confidently, “no”. Moments later a 4th teller appeared to help, yay. Then a supervisor came as well to approve my deposit since it was a large amount. Peak customer service. I now know why my neighbour said “good luck” when I told her I was off to this branch to the other day.

I went to deposit a personal cheque in person, and it will take three business days for the money to be available in my account — absolutely unacceptable. I could understand 24 hours, but three business days? That’s ridiculous. When I questioned the teller about it, she simply said it’s “bank policy,” but what was even more absurd was the way she answered me — extremely rude and dismissive. Later, I called the bank looking for a solution, and unfortunately, the same teller who processed my deposit answered the call. She was once again very rude, saying she had “already explained it to me.” Zero stars.
