I came into deposit some money and ask some questions about my account, and not only did Phil handle the transaction quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to explain my questions clearly. He was incredibly patient and made sure I understood all the details, which I really appreciated. His friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re ever at this branch, I highly recommend asking for Phil!

Not recommended at all especially this branch.

Money was sent from the US through a service; I brought the info to trace, and they just shrugged their shoulders and said "well, it's not here." No help. I left two messages over two days. No one called me back. Just so far from what and who they used to be. They literally don't care.
