Over time all of the familiar faces started to disappear due to retirement causing me to get slightly anxious as to whether the new crew were going to maintain the same caliber of service. Today I had an appointment in the bank to resolve a slightly complicated manner dealing with my mother’s estate and the status of her accounts. It was handled in the MOST professional and personable way by one HARRY LE. After patiently attending to my situation he adroitly dispensed with all of my concerns. I told him he should be running the branch. It was then he shared with me that he was only part time. Gold Service!!! HARRY!
