- KKKrystal KellyMay 26, 20251.0Went in to deposit money into my mother's account as I do several times a week. Was told they cannot accept deposits from non customers as it's their 'policy'. I have been depositing cash into her account for years as she does not do online banking. Went over to the TD beside it and had no issues. Staff, especially the manager at this branch are literally inept, unprofessional and disrespectful. From this interaction alone, I would never recommend TD, especially this branch.

Fahim was very helpful in explaining all of the details for my new bank account and all of the benefits too. The staff at this branch are very kind and patient as well. The location is terrific in that it's accessible by public transit and their business hours are very convenient. Overall I'm a very happy customer!
