He continued to speak at a volume I could not hear and actually turned away so I could not read lips. I asked him a 4th time to speak up and look at me so I could hear/read his lips and he rolled his eyes at me. I stated that I had a disability and he ignored me and when I repeated what I needed from him to be able to complete the transaction he ROLLED HIS EYES. How is this acceptable?? Is there no accessibility training? Shame on you TD!
