The staff are very thorough when providing top notch customer service, especially Andres who went above and beyond to ensure my details were correct, while I was purchasing a money order. I sometimes scribble when I'm writing but his patience made me feel at ease. Thank you Andres!
- DPDmitry ProtsenkoJun 13, 20251.0I have been a customer of TD Bank for more than 15 years, but this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude as today. I went to the branch and was simply amazed at the unprofessionalism and indifference of the staff. Tailer Tiego Santos seemed to have no idea what he was doing. To all my questions he answered the same thing: "I have a computer, I can't do anything". It felt like he just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I asked for a manager. The manager, Cassandre Simoes, instead of looking into the situation, said literally the following: "We can't help you with anything. If you're not happy with something, change banks." Later, Joe Cabogoy, the Branch Manager, confirmed in the same manner, "We can't help you. If you want, switch to another bank. It's your right." This attitude towards customers is not just disappointing, it's unacceptable. I did decide to take their advice and have already opened an account with RBC where I have been given attention and respect. TD, to lose a loyal customer after 15 years because of basic disrespect is a failure. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.

Alex took a serious issue that occurred, got to the bottom of it (after I've been running around for 5 weeks trying to resolve it) and fixed everything today. People like this make places or break places. Alex, thank you for your efforts, you and your team are awesome!
