  I was helped by Johnny.. I went to this branch because of the google reviews. 5 stars for sure!! He was very very helpful and i like the positive vibes. Made everything so easy and smooth. Explained everything to me before signing anything. Best personal banker for sure! Two thumbs up!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon, a Personal Banking Associate, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He helped me open both a chequing and savings account, and the entire process was smooth, clear, and stress-free. Brandon was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain all my options, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident with my choices. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, friendliness, and genuine care for customers the way he does. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a great banking experience.

  Just moved into the area and had a wonderful Saturday morning experience at this branch with customer service rep Miss L. Silva- so very personable, great sense of humor, very efficient, professional and extremely helpful at accommodating my needs at the time for US currency, details on opening up a new CQ acct and inquiry on safety deposit boxes. In the banking world of being just a number and so impersonal....she really made a BIG difference in making the whole banking experience such a pleasant and delightful one ❣️ Thank you TD🟩 and Miss Silva! 🤗

  After multiple attempts to resolve an issue with a relative's account, I made an appointment with a TD advisor. From the second I spoke with Johnny Huynh, he made me feel as if my problem was in the right hands. He was able to obtain answers quickly and took the time to review the problem and offer concrete solutions. Johnny's communication style is patient and reassuring, and his knowledge and advice were excellent. Thank you for looking after our issue with professionalism and care, Johnny.

  I have been looking for a personal banker for a while to help me get back on track with my finances and investing and I found two amazing TD representatives at this branch. Johnny Huynh and Brandon Bernardo has help me the past weeks on getting me organized and back on track. Brandon has been amazing getting my day to day banking aligned and introduced me to Johnny to help with the investment piece. Both Brandon and Johnny make banking personable and get to know you better to align their recommendations to best suit your needs. It’s amazing to see a team collaborating together with the similar recommendations and prioritizing the best interest of their client. They are both very professional and breakdown the process that is easy for you to understand and see how it meets your financial goals. Truly, they both make banking fun and easy and it’s a pleasure to work with both of them. I look forward to continuing my banking with them on the team.
