I waited over 11 minutes for service, noticing that one teller seemed idle, yet when I approached to other teller , she promptly called the next person in line. I felt overlooked and wondered if there was a bias in the way customers were being served."only staff care about certain community. Also very slow then other td.
- CLChi LeungOct 7, 20251.0Long line up and the line is not moving at all. Only three yeller wicket open but one is occupied by one single customer for an hour. Leaving only two tellers serving the line. Line up time is 45 minutes at least.

Even though I was late for my appointment Sarina was so kind and professional with her service. I'm very grateful for her help ☺️🙏🏻 Her service was fantastic!
